Please review our current rates & reservations details as outlined below, as well as payment & cancellation policies. Our reservations team will be more than happy to assist you.
Rates Include:
• All meals, prepared by our talented chefs. We are able to cater for dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten & lactose free) with advanced notice. Weather permitting, all meals are served al fresco overlooking the bush or under a canopy of a million stars;
• South African house wines, local beers, sodas/soft drinks and juices plus a potential wine tasting in our lodges tasting rooms;
• Game drives snacks & homemade biscuits on morning & afternoon safaris;
• Keepsake Ezulwini branded water bottle for refilling at our RO water filtration dispenser;
• Twice-daily safaris, accompanied by a professional field guide and tracker team. Enjoy more than six hours wildlife viewing and on the night portion, spotlight drives as you head back to the lodge for dinner;
• Rejuvenating, filtered swimming pools;
• Viewing decks & elevated platforms for our bird watchers and to spot passing wildlife;
• WiFi (can be spotty at times as you are in the bush);
• Library with a varied selection of reading material;
• Open air fitness area with wellness equipment (yoga mats, Pilates ball, etc.) and weights & weight bench.

Rates Exclude:
• Olifants West Game Reserve conservation fee per person one way R305.00, plus R126.50 each way for the vehicle (entry only for self-drive);
• Liqueurs & spirits, sparkling wines and wines by the bottle;
• Excursions & day trips;
• A well-stocked souvenir/curio shop situated at Billy’s Lodge;
• Soothing massage by our qualified masseuse at Billy’s Lodge;
• Laundry services;
• Gratuities.
Chalets & Suite Rates:
Standard Chalets – $600 per person based on two guests sharing.
Family Room (River Lodge) – $750 per person based on two guests sharing.
Ultra-Luxury Suites – $900 per person based on two guests sharing.
Honeymoon Suite (River Lodge) – $1,400 based on two guests sharing. All-inclusive with select beverages, two massage treatments, personal guide & tracker, private game viewer, one private dinner.
Regretfully no children under 12 years of age can be accepted unless the entire lodge is booked. The rates for children under 12 is 50% of the adult rate.

Reservations can only be confirmed when a deposit has been received.
Payment Policy:
50% non-refundable deposit to confirm a reservation, with the balance due payable 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
If the cancellation of any booking, or any part thereof is received less than 30 days prior to arrival 100% of the total booking will be forfeited.
Preferred Airline Partner:
When booking your internal/domestic flights within South Africa, we would recommend doing so via SA Airlink. Check for daily flight information (Johannesburg / Hoedspruit / Cape Town etc.) on their web site. Click Here
Preferred Ground Transfer Partner:
We use Schoeman Tours as our preferred ground transfers company. They offer friendly and reliable transportation from the airport to our lodge doors.
N.B. We suggest all guests take out travel insurance in the event of cancellations, flight delays, lost luggage, and medical emergencies.
